Refund Policy

At Schology ("we," "us," or "our"), we offer a range of digital services designed to support students in preparing strong scholarship and university applications. We strive to deliver a high-quality experience with every service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Paid Services

The following services offered by Schology are paid:

  • CV/Resume Help
  • Motivation Letter Writing
  • Reference Letter Writing
  • Application Form Filling
  • Full Application Process Support
  • Essay Writing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, which accept most major debit and credit cards.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 2 hours of purchase, and
  • Service delivery has not yet begun

To request a refund, please email us at team@schology.info within the timeframe, including your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

If work on your service has already begun but is not yet completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on the proportion of work already completed.

4. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After a service has been completed and delivered
  • If more than 2 hours have passed since your purchase

We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction if the service was delivered as agreed. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns.

5. Revisions and Alternatives

If you are not satisfied with the output:

  • You are entitled to one free revision, valid within 1 month of delivery
  • If you are not satisfied with our service even after the free revision and a refund is not applicable, you may instead receive a discount on another Service, a free Scholarship Annual Calendar or a 15-minute 1:1 consultation call to support your application process

These alternatives are provided at our discretion and based on the nature of your request.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email team@schology.info within 24 hours of purchase
  • Include your full name, payment receipt, and reason for the request
  • We will respond within 1-2 business days with the outcome or next steps

7. How to Request a Revision

To request a revision:

  • Email team@schology.info within 1 month of delivery
  • Include your full name, service details, and a clear explanation of the changes you would like
  • We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days to confirm the revision timeline

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
