
Trinity University offers a full-tuition scholarship, called Semmes Distinguished Scholars in Science Scholarship, designed for outstanding students planning to pursue STEM disciplines. The program aims to support ambitious learners who show strong academic potential and a commitment to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics fields.

First-year undergraduate students intending to major in one of the following:
Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering Science, Geosciences, Mathematics, Neuroscience, Physics & Astronomy, or Psychology.
Transfer, continuing, and graduate-level students.
Standardized test scores (SAT / ACT) are optional.
If submitted, Trinity reviews the highest composite and sub-section scores from each attempt.

Submit the dedicated Semmes Scholarship Application along with an expanded resume highlighting academic achievements and extracurricular activities.
Selected finalists will be invited to Trinity’s campus for interviews and events on February 7, 2026.
